Make sure that you install all of the components that are included with the installation file and have also installed the encoder and codecs for the formats that you are attempting to convert to.

Please provide the log files using the instructions provided below. We will need the log files to look further into the issue.
1. Click start, and click the “My Computer” button.
2. Once in my computer, double click on the “Local Disk C:” icon, and click on the “Program Files” folder.
3. Once inside the folder, specific to your program (Example: 123Movies2PSP or 123CopyDVD)
4. Open the folder titled ""LOG""
5. Click “Attach” on your email client or forum post, then locate the log files within the Attach screen.
6. Attach each log file into the reply email or forum post, verify that the logs are attached, and click Send.

I fix this problem but now when I download a video and try to convert to another format like divx,xvid,mpeg4 icant play the video why????????????

Chilango download the newest version  www.123copydvd.com/apps/beta/123CopyDVDGold_Setup_v7.0.3.7.exe  also I do not think you have enough ram installed on your computer min 512mb

You will also need to download the Windows Media Encoder.

I download the newest version 7.0.3.7 and the encoder but nothing happen still the same

One issue that I did notice is that you only have 256MB of ram, which system requirements for the program state that you will need minimum of 512. This would be an issue since the process is not able to be handled due to insufficient memory from your computer.
