I also have Windows 7 and windows XP Pro and have not been able to get 123DVDCopyGold to work yet. I get the same results as you have described. Ther are no doubles of the Video_ts.ifo and I could not select all files as that was not an option. I would really like to beable to use this product. | | Back to Top

Please help! 123 MediaMax v7.0.3.22 Windows 7 Video file plays fine with Media Player but I get the "Unable to open title The title does not contain enough video" error when I try to convert. | | Back to Top

Can you pm the license id that needs to be reactivated to me? The license id under this email address still has 3 activations left. | | Back to Top

I, too, have downloaded everything that has been suggested and still get one error code "Unable to open title: Unknown Error Code 1" or "Unable to open title: The title does not contain enough video." I have had some success, so I haven't complained. Its just getting harder and harder to use a software that the employee told me was the simpliest DVD backup software on the market. | | Back to Top
