In order for me to provide you with the best service possible, I will need to know the following information:
1. What DVD are you trying to copy?
2. If there is an Error Message, or code what is it?
3. When, in your back up process does the error occur?
4. Are you attempting to copy Entire Disc or Movie only?
5. What version of the software do you have (Please include version , Ex: 7.0.0.0)?
6.What is the make and model of your DVD burner?

Bling, you are missing the point. I have the current version of 123 Copy DVD Gold and I love it. It works very well HOWEVER, I can copy a dvd and convert a dvd to my iPhone or iPod without any problems. The problem is converting a dvd to an IPAD FORMAT. The program has no setting for IPAD because of the resolution issue. Are you correcting and adding this feature? Or is there a setting in 123 Copy DVD to enable this action? But to answer your questions.

1. What DVD are you trying to copy? Any title, doesn't matter
2. If there is an Error Message, or code what is it? no error message, just a bad picture and pixelated
3. When, in your back up process does the error occur? n/a
4. Are you attempting to copy Entire Disc or Movie only? movie only
5. What version of the software do you have (Please include version , Ex: 7.0.0.0)? 7.0.3.22
6.What is the make and model of your DVD burner? sony vaio dvd burner, never have had a problem either copying a dvd or with video conversion

Please advise.

The basic format for the Ipad with H.263 will be the same as the Iphone/Touch with a max resolution output of 640x480 if you are referring to HD H.264 format we are adding this in the next build with a 720p output once the proper codecs are added to the program.

So far the build may come as a 2011 update near the end of the summer (depending testing review) which will be free to all 2010 users.

When coverting DVD to iPad format, what output device do I use? Do I use apple tv or? I tried one format but after waiting several hours the file does not fill the screen.

To the best of my knowlege and research... the real iPad video converter is not released yet and should be out soon. All 2010 versions should get a free upgrade. The iphone/itouch does work but not very well.

Hopefully this is correct and helps.

Any post from 123 support as to when the new version will be available would be appreciated!
