Hey all,

I have 123 '09.  I used it on Windows XP.  Converted DVDs to mpeg4 and moved the files to my storm to view and it worked perfect.

I now have Win 7.  Installed 123 '09. It converts to mpeg4 fine and I can view the converted files on my computer no problem.

When I move the files to my storm, I cannot view them at all.

Any ideas?

Derek

Have the video and audio bitrate settings been changed at all or are they still the same as those from the previous computer?

I installed both times and left the bitrate settings at the "factory default".  I never moved the sliders.
