I just bought 123 media max and can't get it to convert.

1.  Trying to convert the movie Pure Country to watch on my PSP.
2.  Error box pops up during Preprocessing DVD stage saying: Too many pictures per GOP (>=500). DGIndex will terminate.  The error box pops up when there's about 320 MB left on the Data Remaining of preprocessing stage.
3.  Doesn't get past Preprocessing DVD
4.  Using the Convert DVD:Advanced converting to Sony PSP
5.  hp DVDRAM GT20L ATA Device (came with my HP laptop)
6.  123MediaMax
7.  Downloaded update already. version 7.0.3.15

Oh I'm using Windows 7.  I opened the program as an administrator before starting.

One of the times after it gave me the Preprocessing DVD error, I clicked on my screen and the error box disappeared and went into converting DVD mode.  It didn't do much after that when I got another error box pop up saying: Unable to encode the video: Cannot open demuxer.  I installed the xvid download recommended on another thread, but it never got past the Preprocessing DVD stage again.

I read in another forum thread that there's a money back guarantee.  What do I need to do to get my money back?  This just seems too complicated and time consuming to figure out.
