How do I upgrade from 123 Copy DVD GOLD to 123 Media Max? I don't see any upgrades on your web site.

Since I've upgraded to Media Max is there any reason to keep 123 Copy Dvd Gold installed? Does Media Max do everything the GOLD version does plus add blu ray?

No, you can uninstall Gold since Media Max does everything Gold does plus the Blu Ray capabilities.
