I just installed 123 Gold and get the following message when I try to copy a BD;
"Unable to analyze the disc: Could not read the file information from the source."
I also don't see any Blue Ray menu selections, just DVD so I am trying the Simple DVD copy button and Advanced DVD copy button but get the same message either way. I'm running Vista Business Edition and tried the Blue Ray versions of The Blind Side and Avatar. Both got the same result.

You would need to purchase 123 Media Max to copy Blu-Ray as 123 Gold is just for DVD's
Hope this helps

Silly me just because the box I purchased says in big bold letters "Burn, Move, Watch ANY DVD or Blu-ray" I actually expect that to be what the product does. I should know to read the fine print that says the product I just bought
 won't really do this unless I pay additional money.

No upgrade money from me, the practice is unethical and I for one won't encourage it!!!!

I also have 123 Copy DVD Gold but, then again I only have DVD movies that I burn and no Blu-Rays so I would not need 123 media Max also.
Take care
