I have tried to burn multiple bluray disc and not a single one has worked. I keep getting this error

Plugin error:Failed to retrieve processing data from the disc.

Error 19: Host certificate appears to be revoked (send).

Operation canceled.

What does this mean ?

How do I get blurays to copy ?

I have tried every option

copy bluray: whole disc 25gb and 50 gb

copy to bd9 and bd5

and copy dvd to hard disc waited over 12hrs for this and didnt work

nothing works

I am using 123 mediamax

version 7.0.3.22

My burner is Pioneer BDR-205BK

I have tried to burn shutter island, from paris with love and pirate radio

In order for me to provide you with the best service possible, I will need to know the following information:

1. What DVD are you trying to copy?
2. What is the make and model of your DVD burner?

Also can you provide the ISBN for the movie your are trying to copy.

The ISBN is located on the back of the DVD case on the top or bottom of the bar code please look at this post http://forum.123copydvd.com/?f=12&m=1905

It doesnt matter what blu-ray disk it is none of them work

Can you provide the isbn and we will have the disc tested to correct the problem.

Blue ray recording does not work plugin error 19 host certificate seems to be revoked...what's going on does this really work as avertised ?

I am getting the same error. I am using Buffalo External Drive BRHC-6316U2, Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Disc ASIN: B002ZG9846, Error: PlugIn Error: Failed to retrieve processing data from the Disc.
Error 19: Host certificate appears to be revoked (send).

Operation Canceled.

make sure you are running the program as administrator. You can right click and run as administrator this is prob a permissions issue when trying to verify the cert.

Did that, I was able to convert Zombieland and Astro Boy, but not Kick-Ass, Btw I am using 123MediaMax 2010 v7.0.3.22

Update to Platinum from my signature below. If the disc title "Kick-ass" is not copying we'll have to test it and correct the problem.

Updated to Platinum, Attempted Step One, after about 7 seconds elapsed the same error message popped up.

Please provide the log file for that day of that burn using the instructions provided below.

1. Click start, and click the “My Computer” button.
2. Once in my computer, double click on the “Local Disk C:” icon, and click on the “Program Files” folder.
3. Once inside the folder, specific to your program (Example: 123Movies2PSP or 123CopyDVD)
4. Open the folder labeled "LOG"
5. Click “Attach” on your email client or forum post, then locate the log files within the Attach screen.
6. Attach each log file into the reply email or forum post, verify that the logs are attached, and click Send.
