123 Media Max has an option in v7.0.3.22 for copying a blu-ray full disc onto a 25GB BD-R(E) disc. However when i use this option it does not allow me to copy to a BD-R 25GB disc. It continuously requests that I use a 50GB disc and says that my 25GB disc do not have enough space. Is there a way to use the 25GB successfully? Please help!

I made one disc with this option with success. Every attempt since then suffers the same problem that OneEvolMan has. I wait 2 1/2 hours for the blu ray to read to the computer, then as soon as it attempts to burn, I receive an error message that there is not enough space on the media.

1. If there is an improper setting somewhere, why doesnt the software verify before wasting 2 1/2 hours?

2. Why isnt it working?

3. IF there is an error with my settings (Ive double checked the output and burner settings and they seem correct) there should be an option to burn from file to a 25 gig disc. There is an option to burn from file to disc, but not an option to burn from blu ray movie file (often 40-50 gig) with compression to a 25 gig disc. If you add this option, then the 2 1/2 hour reading process wont be a waste, even if there was a problem with my settings.

Can you advise? I really liked the software when it worked and I'm happy to recommend it, but please help me figure out what has gone wrong?!?

In order for me to provide you with the best service possible, I will need to know the following information:
1. What Blu Ray are you trying to copy?
2. If there is an Error Message, or code what is it?
3. When, in your back up process does the error occur?
