Do you have the Abode flash player installed for Windows Internet Explorer? Also check and make sure the following two Windows products are installed.

I get this same error now. It started when I tried to use FLV Direct. Got an error. I think it is storing the parameter for video bit rate incorrectly and crashing when you bring up the gui from the old settings. Where are the parameters saved? In the registry?

I'm getting the same message when trying to open the Internet video option.  I'm not happy about the problems with this program.  First, I couldn't download my DVD's with my computer and I thought fine, at least I can use it for internet video.  Funny thing, the internet video worked at the beginning of the summer, but now doesn't.  Very frustrating.

The YouTube feature is currently down again. The developers are working on the problem and should have a fix soon.

This is a bug caused by the new HTML5 and h.264 implementations by YouTube, a fix is already in the works for the issue and we will PM with a beta link as soon as our developers correct the problem.

Thanks,

123 Support Team.
