| I'm getting the same message when trying to open the Internet video option. I'm not happy about the problems with this program. First, I couldn't download my DVD's with my computer and I thought fine, at least I can use it for internet video. Funny thing, the internet video worked at the beginning of the summer, but now doesn't. Very frustrating.
