1. What function are you using? Convert to MP3
2. If there is an Error Message, or code what is it? Nothing is happening
3. When in the process does the error occur? I add file and press ok and nothing happens
4. What format are you converting to? MP3
5. Which product are you using? (ex: 123MediaMax, 123CopyDVD) 123Movies2IPOD
6. What is the Version # you are using? (Version# will be shown on the splash screen, ex: 8.0.0.0) 6.0.1.2
7. What version of Windows? Vista

Try the Ipod format instead. We have found that is a bug in the WMV audio conversions from recent test and will have a repair out shortly.

I upgraded and it's still not working. Do you think it has to do with Windows Media Player? I'm not sure what the problem could be?
