7. What version of Windows?                                I have tried on WinXP Pro and Win 7 32-bit with the same results.

 

 

I purchased this product mainly to create Ringtones for my iPhone but it is not working.    It will not create any kind of file when I select "Ringtone for iPhone" as the Output Type.  I have tried it with iTunes running, with my iPhone connected to my computer and any thing else I can think of but the outcome is the same...NOTHING.    Upon clicking the OK Button after editing and getting the file just the way I'd like a pop-up appears for about a milli-second as if it starts to create sometimg but disappears immediately.  I've searched the whole computer for the file that should have been made but no such file exists.    Please advise.  Thank you.
