I Purchased, downloaded and installed 123Copy DVD Gold 2010 on 9 May 2010 and the program ran twice with no problems and the backup DVDs work properly. I then tried to convert some TV shows, from DVD, to the PSP format. All seemed to work as designed but when the files were moved to the PSP and I tried to play them, all were recognized as being an incorrect format. I had the 2009 version and didn't have any issues with moving the same TV shows to the same PSP. Then today the program will not even open at all and I have tried all compatability options with Windows 7. If I 2x click the icon for the program the hour glass appears and then nothing. I have a stock Dell Insperion 1795 with i5 processor and 4 gig mem, single HD and single DVD burner. Please advise...

Try right clicking 123 on the desk top and run as administrator

I did try that at it works 1 out of approx 20 attempts but sometimes it just failed to do anything at all.

Which version of the program are you using? Version will appear on the splash screen, when you first start the program. Ex: Version #7.0.0.0
