And it doesn't do it always. I have successfully created some DVD's. #4 Attempting to create DVD using .avi and/or .mpg files from hard drive #5 I just purchased and am using version v7.0.3.15 #6 The DVD burner I have is brand new. It is a HP DVD Writer 1140r
