I'm running the newest version with all the proper codecs, but it won't allow me to convert you tube videos.

When i enter the web address and hit preview, the video shows in the preview box below.  However, when I hit OK I get the error:

"Runtime Error!  Program C:...  This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.  Please contact the applications support team for more information"

On the top of the error message (in the header) it says "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

Once I hit OK, it shuts down the program.

Any ideas??

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit

Unfortunately, we are not currently working on a 64bit version of the software. I am very sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience.

The Abnormal Termination error may occur on Vista from time to time. The problem is you will need to run the program with administrator privileges. To do this, you will need to right-click on the program, and then click on “Run as Administrator”

It should be working fine on 64-bit version. If you are having issues, please provide more information on the problem.
