Unable to burn DVD: Unable to burn: MediaSuite.BurnEngine.Primo.BurnerDataDiscException: DataDisc Error: 0x3000002 - DeviceError
at MediaSuite.BurnEngine.Primo.Burner.Burn(BurnSettings settings)
at MediaSuite.BurnEngine.PrimoBurnProgressDialog.OnStart()

I've attached the log files. Please help.

First make sure you have version 7.0.3.2 installed from my signature.

Next is this error occurring at the beginning our in the middle of the burn?

If its the beginning click OK and continue to ignore the error because this just means the drive was not ready and the program needs to wait to begin burn.

If its during the burning stage this then could mean that the blank is either corrupt or another program is interfering with the process and you will need to shutdown any autorun programs or programs with drive accessing abilities.
