The steps are: (1) select Convert DVD (2) select To MPEG4 Video Format (3) select the DVD drive (5) select Simple (6) it completes fine (7) the mp4 is not in the correct order - the scenes are all mixed up. I'm only attempting to convert the movie to MPEG4 format. I've down loaded the latest version of the software and I'm still getting the same results - version 6.0.1.2 Make / model of my DVD burner - IBM Lenovo DVD Multi / Super Multi DVD Rewitter - GSA-4083N-Z - Type C2 Laptop: IBM T60 Operating system: MS Windows XP Professional - Version 2002 - Service Pack 3 | | Back to Top

All the movies up until the last couple months have converted without issue and i have not changed my software, burner, or computer. This was a real bummer on my recent airplane trip when I couldn't watch my movies. Would love to know how to correct the problem. | | Back to Top

However, if you have a version prior 2010, you will need to "UPGRADE" to 2010 if you would like the 2010 products. All of our programs are based on years, which we have provided free upgrades to 2009. Since there is such a big change in the 2010 version, we cannot provide free upgrades. The 2009 version will work for 99% of the movies released prior to the 2010 release, but we will no longer provide updates for 2009 since we are now in the 2010 line of products. | | Back to Top
