idea     I have downloaded Version: 6.0.1_ROC2  (beta) and wanted to know if your program has any problems with the Intel Duo-Core 2.3gz CPU or my HP/Compaq machine that I will be using it on.
Also, when making a copy of a DVD is there a way to make it start to play on it's own, like the commercial ones do?  Does that involve the "Autorun" set up?
      Last question I hope.
         Thank you

Our software is not computer specific, so it should not be an issue. Can you provide more information on what the problem is, that you are experiencing.

Also, the Autorun depends on your system settings and has nothing to do with our backup process. When you enter the disc, it should prompt you to select the process that you would like for DVD+/-R disc, which you would choose to play with your media player.

After clicking "Create Wallpaper" there is a small window that tries to come up on the left of my monitor, but only stays for a second or two, then after I click the button for the drive with the DVD in it I get a small window in the center with the following message:
"PrevInitDVDVideo Error:  Could not initialize Preview."

Also, when I try to submit a support request form on your site, WIE - 8 says the form is done "but with errors."
I have uploaded the GIF file of the error, which mentions "jQuery."

Can you provide more information on the matter.

What version of Windows are you running?
What DVD are you attempting to process?
Any additional information on the problem would be helpful.

Also, we will look into the support page error.
