1.  What DVD or file are you trying to backup?

    DVD+R 16X Verbatim #95091 it contains a copy of the movie Red Dawn which plays very well in all players.

2.  If there is an Error Message or code what is it?

     "PrevInitDVDVideo Error:  Could not initialize Preview."

3.  When in the process does the error occur?

     After I click Create Wallpaper a small window comes up on the left of my monitor for about a second or two, then goes away and the error message comes up.

4.  What is the make and model of your DVD burner?

     PLEXTOR Model: PX-806SA

5.  Which product are you using? (ex:  123MediaMax, 123CopyDVD)

     Using:  123copydvd 09 gold  Version 5.0.1.3 

     **I have downloaded and updated this program with Version  6.0.1.2 from your site.**  And the newest version is the one I am reporting this problem with.

 

6.  What is the Version # you are using?  (Version# will be shown on the splash screen, ex:  8.0.0.0)

     I am using the UPDATE from your site which is Version #

6.0.1.2

 

7.  What version of Windows?

     Windows XP Pro complete install.
