No errors. My wife was going to go to the doctor and she wanted me to put the Davinci Code onto her zune. I converted the DVD and sync. it and the audio does not match the video. I tried with a movie I had done earlier and now since the update it is doing the same thing. 123 Copy DVD Gold version v7.0.2.10. What has happened? What operating system are you running?
What format did you convert to?
Did you change the Audio/Video bitrate for the conversion?
Did you use the Fit to Size option?

I just used the Convert DVD simple to I-pod video. Nothing else.
I did not change anything.
I deleted the program and reinstalled from the bought disk 123 CopyDvdGold v.7.0.0.25 and everything worked again.
Still not able to copy DVD entire disk to single layer DVD so will have special features and all where it will play on any DVD player. Some players it will skip very fast through the whole movie and others it wont play at all. Have tried HP DVD-R, Memorex DVD+R, and previously recommended by support Sony DVD+R disks. Am wanting to copy so can take copied disk on trips so won't scratch up originals. What do I need to do here?
Will upgrade if asked again and see if it will mess up the convert process again.

| Posted 10/31/2009 11:00 AM (GMT -8) | | Not a problem. The new forum setup is actually split into thread depending on the issue. Since this would be easier for users locating common issues. Ex: The initial issue was a conversion issue, which would go in the Convert DVD thread.
Can you try updating to the latest version again, and try to convert or copy again. If you still have problems, please provide information on the issue from the latest version. You can download from link provided for 123CopyDVD Gold 2010.

| Posted 10/31/2009 3:28 PM (GMT -8) | | Updated when asked and it went to own site and no problems seen. v7.0.2.10 running. Copied entire DVD to hard drive and plays fine with VLC media player. Also simple converted to I-pod video MP4 and plays on Zunes fine. Still can't copy entire DVD to SL DVD (won't play on auto player or home player). Copied movie only to SL DVD and plays on home player fine, haven't tried on automobile player. Do I just need to buy DL DVD's or should it work on the cheaper SL. Just doing simple stuff now, busy with school and work and don't have time to play and learn.

Can you provide the ISBN and title for the DVD that is having this issue. Also, copying entire disc from dual layer to single layer is not the best choice if you are concerned about quality, since the video may be a little distorted which is normal from compressing a 7.5GB disc to 4.7GB. | | Back to Top | | |

Only reason wanting SL is that will mainly use copies in auto on trips to keep from scratching originals and are cheaper. May wish to have full options if watch on player at destination with family or such. Brands tried: Memorex DVD +R SL, HP DVD -R SL, Sony DVD -R SL. Movies tried.
X Men Origins Wolverine: Good on copy full disk to hard drive, good on convert to MP4, totally messed up on Copy Full DVD to SL, have not tried DL.
Jeff Dunham (3 DVD's: Spark of Insanity, Arguing with Myself, Christmas Special): good to hard drive, good convert to MP4, messed up on Full to SL, have not tried DL.
Davinci Code: good to hard drive, good to MP4, messed up on Full to SL, have not tried DL.
310 to Yuma: good on hard drive, SCENES OUT OF ORDER ON CONVERT TO MP4 (any ideas), messed up on Full to SL, have not tried on DL.
ISBN?? This is probably something I should know, but I am drawing a blank.
