When i try to use the conversion for example when I click simple convert, i browse my hard drive for the files, i choose documents, downloads, then i choose the movie I want it either tells me that the file doesnt contain enough video or that no items match search. I have downloaded a trial version of another software and it converts and burns the movies fine. I have had this software 3 days and haven't been able to do the first thing with it.

having the same problem, there isnt nothing to select to  even start the conversion process regardless of the format of choice. help??? looked at the manual online but nothing indicated to help. it seems like locating all the files which are derived from the copying dvd process to the hard drive are easy to find on the computer but when using the program to locate them to convert the video results in nothing to select, pls help.

I started by going to the video tab and converting the files to divx and then I can go to the dvd tab and click the create dvd. There are still some files that I can't get to convert but for the most part it has worked. Click video tab convert simple and convert to divx, which takes about 20 minutes then under dvd tab create dvd which then converts again which can take 20 minutes so it's not a quick process, but hopefully this will help you

@datgurlheatherk - What is the original format of the file before converting to Divx? And it seems that you are basically just wanting to burn the file onto a DVD, is this correct? Because if the original file is another media format, you can just use CreateDVD. If it is a Video_TS.ifo file, then you can use the CopyDVD function to burn straight to DVD without converting to Divx first.

@legionx - If you need assistance, I will need more information on the problem. I do not know what the problem is that you are having, nor the version of the program you are using. Only suggestions I can make at this point is to make sure you are selecting the correct function for what you are trying to do.
