when i try to creat a ring tone (up loading to the ftp)   it says  ftp upload failed failed to creat our directory

Which version of the program are you using? Version will appear on the splash screen, when you first start the program. Ex: Version #7.0.0.0
What version of Windows are you using?
What format are you converting the ringtone to?
What type of mobile device?
