I have not had very many successes in converting DVD's to an itouch format. This is very frustrating because it stops working sometimes after an hour of waiting.  A window appears in every case and says "123CopyDVDGold has stopped working". Below that is says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available".  This should be a simple process yet this program does not work.  I would hate to think I made a bad mistake in purchasing this program especially since there is a big promotion to buy a new program to do Blue-Rays.  How can anyone expect your new program to work when the old one maybe works 1 out of 20 times.  Please help me get this program working.

 

Have have installed the latest version just today.  I have install all the previous ver. in hope that a fix was found.

I am using Windows 7

the Computer was just purchased in January and it is a quad core HP p6210f

I have attached a couple of log file

You name the Vidoe and it will have the problem.  The particular log file is for "Harry Potter Prisoner of Azkaban"

 

I even tried copying a dvd and the DVD was un watchable.  it kept stopping and was very pixelated.

 

Right now I would have to say this is the worst program I have ever purchased.  Make me change my mind.
